~Photo-a-day~ Jan. 22-28

So I’m to my fourth “photo-a-day” post! I hope you all are enjoying this as much as I am…please leave comment and let my know your thoughts.

Day 22

~where I sleep~

embarrassing! Seriously….we were in the middle of renovating our room (Christina’s and mine) so this is where I have been sleeping/living for a little over two months. We moved upstairs to Victoria and Hannah’s room. Sleeping on an queen air-up mattress with Christina. First time I’ve had to share a bed with someone other than at a hotel!  It’s been interesting…kinda getting to know my sisters all over again. We moved back downstairs yesterday and I have to admit I’m soooo glad to have my room back but I’m going to miss Victoria and Hannah. And please ignore the stuffed animals…I wish I could say they were Christina’s but there not and I’ll just leave it at that.IMG_4466-001

  1. Totally LOVE these pictures.... I am amazed at the variety of pictures you get with this new idea of taking one a day. Your doing a great job! And by the way, I miss you girls in our room!!! I woke up this morning and it felt so big and empty without your bed and all of your stuff everywhere. I will enjoy having my own closet again though :) Lots of love!!!

  3. Yay! You made it through another week! Thanks for doing this...It is so fun to see a little of each day through your perspective. I know how it can be hard to capture a picture for each word. You are doing great! You have inspired all of us girls. So we have started doing the picture a day with our Adopted Sis in Michigan. So far it has been really fun! I think it is a great way to document each day to look back on. Keep them coming. =) Hannah

    1. Yeah it's just overnight oatmeal...so the recipe would be

      Overnight Apple Pie Spice Oatmeal
      (Serves 1)
      ½ cup whole oats
1 cup water + ½ cup of water
      ¼ cup raisins (optional)
      ½ banana or apple (optional)
½ tsp. honey or sugar (optional) I never add
      1/8 tsp apple pie spice
Directions: The night bring one cup of water to a boil. Remove from burner and add oats. Cover and leave until the next morning.
In the morning add the ½ cup of water to the oats mix and bring to a boil. After it boils turn it down to med heat and continue on this heat, stirring for 1 minute.
Pour in boil add apple pie spice and sweeter. Top with raisins, banana or apple=) Enjoy

      And it's wonderful!
