October is full of Birthdays=)

First comes Victoria’s. Now this was one was so much fun! Joseph and I decorated…it’s fun decorating but decorated with Joseph takes it to a completely different kind of fun…IT WAS A BLAST!!!!!

Hiking in Brown County

Me and mom have wanted to do this FOREVER and talked the few members of the family that were around this weekend to join us….rain or shine…and it did both. We walked Nashville in the rain and were prepared to hike in it, if needs be, but thankfully the sky began to clear on the very first trail.

I haven’t seen such beauty in a very long time. I had so much fun! Talked, laughed, time spent with your family is never wasted. We left having successfully hiked three trails. So that was my very first trip to Brown County State Park. A lot of pictures huh?

Deer season is officially here=)

Even though it’s bow season and I won’t be going till mid November when gun season opens.  I’m excited! When the leaves begin to turn and the mornings turn crisp I’m so ready to go hunting.

It’s not really the “killing a deer” part that I go for and I’ve gone for two years with nothing. It just being out in God’s outdoors for hours on end…with no music, no other people, no cars…just you and the wind=) Ahhhh I love it!

Here’s Isaac getting ready to go last Friday morning. I had to get up and drop him off by 6:30, it wasn’t the getting up part but having to be ready for work by that time was a bit difficult for me, but I managed=) …so miss our old house where we just walked out the back door to go hunting.

He saw a several does and even a buck but none of them were open for a clean shot…but he was cheerful thankful for seeing what he did and is so ready to go again.

Little Man In The Barn…

Such a sweet little guy…love watching him play and laugh with the animals. We spent a Saturday together a few weeks back and had a grand time. While I was saddling the horses up he was everywhere…when he started to swinging from this lead rope I knew I had to get my camera out.
