Another Birthday=)

Isaac wanted berry pie and pizza for his birthday dinner…I’m always amazed at how much pizza guys can put away. It was an enjoyable party, as are they all=) We ended it with a game of apples to apples…love that game!

Birthday parties are tiresome for this little guy…

Spent the weekend watching him play basketball as well…really love this pre-game huddle…they all look so big standing together strong. The way these boys care for each other is a something to see.

First Day of Hunting ~2014

Well something more exciting in life…

…even though I didn’t take these pictures~I’m super proud of this deer…and decided to share these.  My first deer to shoot entirely by myself. All the guys were at a basketball tournament so I had to gut it alone! Yeah I’m still patting myself on the back=) I DID IT!!!!!!!! Can’t believe it=)

Then me and my boss skinned and quartered them up his deer and mine. So instead of paying to have it processed I’m going to do it myself….I'm really excited. I got so much more out of this hunt and will definitely have to do this with each additional deer I get…

“When Life Throws You a Curveball…

It was hard to pull myself together and take any pictures this week. I’ve heard people use that quote about life throwing you a curve ball. (really?!!?!!?) but I’ve never had something happen to me where I was saying it just to keep from crying. Just to stay strong, just to be strong for my sister and me.

This passed week I learned that sometimes God lets me hit rock bottom so that I will be reminded that He is my rock at the bottom.

Remembering Romans 8:28 has also helped. “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

Fall Leaves

Life has been crazy busy for me lately…up coming certification test has me all nervous. I have so many plans and just not enough day light to get them done.

Took a quick break at work to take these before the frost hit and they lost their beauty.

My younger brother is now 18 and graduating from High School I can’t believe it! Seems like yesterday we were working out science experiments together.

These were taken in like 15 minute (no kidding) It took him only a second to get in the photo shot and we were off…it’s been a while since I’ve done this with him but I think he did a wonderful job…what about you?
